Privacy policy

Effective October 22, 2026. Soumission60 is a service of FGA Innovations Inc. The French version prevails.

Person in charge of personal information

The president of FGA Innovations Inc. is the person in charge of the protection of personal information. For questions, access, correction or withdrawal of consent: confidentialite@soumission60.ca.

What we collect

  • Homeowners: your project (type of work, home, heating, timeline, interest in rebates, details), postal code, city, name, email, phone and contact preference.
  • Contractors: company name, contact person, email, phone, RBQ licence, NEQ, website, services and areas, plus request and credit history.
  • Technical: request dates and the source of the visit (e.g. "google"). We don't use advertising cookies.

Why

To connect homeowners with at most 3 licensed contractors in their area, send the emails related to the request, prevent fraud and bill contractors.

Who we share it with

  • Contractors: they first see your project, your city and the first 3 characters of your postal code. Your name, email, phone and full postal code go only to contractors who accept your request (at most 3), with the consent you give in the form.
  • Service providers: website and database hosting (Vercel, Supabase), email delivery (Resend) and contractor payments (Stripe). They may store data outside Quebec. As Law 25 requires, we assess the protection they offer before sharing information with them.

We don't sell your information for other purposes.

Retention

We keep a request for 24 months, then remove the information that identifies you. You can ask for deletion sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information and withdraw your consent by writing to confidentialite@soumission60.ca. Information already sent to a contractor who accepted your request is also under that contractor's responsibility. You can file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Security

Data travels encrypted. Database access rules prevent anyone from seeing a homeowner's contact details without accepting their request.
