Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Contractors pay a fixed amount to receive a verified request. We take no commission on your project, and you don't have to hire anyone.
How many contractors will contact me?
At most 3. Your request is never sold to a long list of companies.
How are contractors chosen?
They must hold a valid Régie du bâtiment du Québec licence and serve your area. Requests are shared in turn among eligible contractors.
Do you handle rebates?
No, but our rebate guide shows where to check your eligibility, and installers can advise you.
What do you do with my information?
Contractors first see your project without your contact details. Your details go only to contractors who accept your request (at most 3), with your consent. See our privacy policy.
